Hoofprints on the Heart Adaptive Riding Center

"In riding a horse we borrow freedom."
                                    ~Helen Thomson

Hoofprints On The Heart Adaptive Riding Clinic is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization  founded by  three women  with various life experiences, but having a common dream of pairing horses with the disabled population.

This grassroots organization was created as a result of unique chance meetings, a common love of horses, and a need in the Tri Valley area for adaptive riding. All three founders were teachers and one is a parent of a handicapped son.  Each has seen how a horse can “magically” change a child with limited abilities.

HOTHARC is a dream in the making. The need for such a program in the area is great and we are intent on ensuring a solid foundation to guarantee its success.

We are currently located in Livermore at 455 Olivina. We are nestled in a little 4.5 acre oasis at the historic Hagemann Ranch right in the middle of residential Livermore.

Currently, HOTH welcomes new students, volunteers and supporters.  As a volunteer-based organization, your support is an essential part in ensuring our success.  Find out how you can
help us grow.
