| Hoofprints On The Heart Adaptive Riding Clinic is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded by three women with various life experiences, but having a common dream of pairing horses with the disabled population.
This grassroots organization was created as a result of unique chance meetings, a common love of horses, and a need in the Tri Valley area for adaptive riding. All three founders have been teachers of handicapped students, and one is a parent of a son with multiple disabilities. Each has seen how a horse can “magically” change a child with limited abilities.
HOTHARC is a dream in the making. The need for such a program in the area is great and we are intent on ensuring a solid foundation to guarantee its success.
We are currently located in Livermore at 455 Olivina. We are nestled in a little 4.5 acre oasis at the historic Hagemann Ranch right in the middle of Livermore, California.
Currently, HOTHARC welcomes new students, volunteers and supporters. Opportunities for involvement include working with horses and students at lessons, ranch maintenance, office support, participation in special events, and fund raising committee's. As a volunteer-based organization, your support is an essential part in ensuring our success. Find out how you can help us grow.
